To help Hughes, one of the UK’s leading family-owned electrical retailers, remind people that before their family descends on their home for Christmas, they need to make sure their appliances are all fighting fit
STRATEGY
Nothing puts more stress on a family’s home appliances than Christmas. A fridge bursting at the seams, an oven seemingly on 24/7, a kettle that’s never out of action, a freezer that needs to be thawed to find all the pre-made stock. As a family business, Hughes knows this better than most.
Our goal was to remind people that a family Christmas can be a trying time for your electrical appliances.
CREATIVE
At Christmas there’s no avoiding festive songs. In shops, in the car, at home… and thanks to Hughes, now at bus stops and roadsides the length and breadth of East Anglia. We took classic Christmas songs, ear worms we all know and love, and updated them with an electricals twist.
Set on bold, bright, on brand colours, designed with wrapping paper style print as the background for extra seasonal cheer.
